(A) If you order Sunday then your order will process on Monday and your
ordered item collected from restaurant or sweet shop on Monday by 4 to 6 pm
after that it packed and transfer to airport by 10pm. Next day morning your
parcel reached your city airport by air cargo from there our delivery agent
immediately collect your parcel from air cargo hub and deliver your doorstep
by evening 7pm. If your city far from airport or your city does not have
direct air connection from Kolkata then it will take 1more day to deliver.
(B) Our packing valid for 48-72 hrs. If u don't get delivery within 48 hrs.

Grocery Item
(A) If you order grocery item on Sunday then your order will packed and
dispatched by Wednesday and it will take 7-10 days to deliver at your
doorstep.

Mixed Cart
(1) Rs.235 will charged extra if your cart value less than Rs 2500.
(2) If your cart value above Rs 2500 but your Grocery items in your cart
lessa than 500, then Rs. 100 will be charge extra.
(3) To get absolutely free delivery, ensure your cart value must be above
Rs. 2500 and grocery items value must be above Rs. 500.
Only grocery items
(1) Rs.125 delivery charge will be added if your grocery cart value below
Rs.550
(2) Rs.235 delivery charge will be added if your grocery cart value above
550 but less than Rs 2500
(3) If your cart value above Rs.2500 then NO DELIVERY CHARGE will be added
(A) Food will be delivered cold since the package is refrigerated while
shipping.

(C) After delivery if you not ready to eat the food or sweet keep in

(D) Rice and Potato can be heated using Microwave as per your requirement
