a. Returns

As our sweets and snacks are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, we ensure prompt resolution in case of any quality or delivery-related concerns.

b. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or spoiled product received (with valid proof)

  • Order not delivered within the specified timeline

c. Refund Procedure

  • Customers must raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@banglarmisti.com or calling +91 98300 19105.

  • A clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item is mandatory for verification.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


5. International Shipping

For international deliveries:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery timelines depend on country-specific logistics and customs clearance.

  • Perishable items shipped internationally may have limited shelf life due to transit duration.


6. Non-Delivery or Wrong Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, BANGLARMISTI™ is not responsible for failed deliveries.
In such cases, re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs.
