How to Prepare (The “Kolkata Way”)
For the Radhaballavi: Heat refined oil in a deep frying pan until medium-hot. Gently slide in the ready-to-fry Radhaballavi. Fry on both sides until they puff up beautifully and turn a light golden hue.
For the Aloo Dum: Empty the Aloo Dum pack into a microwave-safe bowl or a pan. Heat for 2–3 minutes until piping hot.
The Serving: Serve the hot, fluffy Radhaballavis with a generous portion of Aloo Dum. For a truly authentic experience, add a slice of lime and a green chilli on the side!
