Unlike standard Mishti Doi, which relies solely on fermentation in open clay pots, Baked Mishti Doi is prepared using a luxurious blend of thick yogurt, condensed milk, and fresh cream. This mixture is then gently baked in a water bath (bain-marie) at precise temperatures.
