1. 📍 Delivery Failure Due to Customer Input Error
No refund will be issued if the delivery is hampered, delayed, or unsuccessful due to incorrect, incomplete, or wrong information provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. This includes, but is not limited to:
Inaccurate street address, pin code, or contact number.
Failure to provide necessary access codes or directions for delivery personnel.
The customer assumes full responsibility for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
2. 🤝 Refusal to Accept Order Upon Delivery
No refund will be issued if the customer, or the recipient at the specified address, refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.
Given the perishable nature of our products and the specialized logistics involved, the customer must ensure availability at the delivery location or arrange for acceptance.
Once our delivery partner attempts delivery as scheduled, the transaction is considered complete.
3. 📦 Product Tampering or Opened Seal
No refund will be issued if the container’s seal is found to be opened, broken, or tampered with after the delivery personnel has departed.
Customers must inspect the outer packaging and the product seal immediately upon receipt.
Acceptance of the package implies that the product seal was intact at the time of delivery. Opening the product container invalidates any claim regarding quality or freshness.
Note: BANGLARMISTI™ reserves the right to cancel and issue a refund only in cases where the delivery failure is attributable to errors or issues originating from our end (e.g., product damage before shipping, or verifiable internal logistical failures).
